What I've done with them is: adjusted the Broadband Connection in the FIOS router to utilize one of the IPs and the other settings (DNS, gateway, etc), then in Untangle, I've added FIOS to the network config and used the same stuff except used a second static IP that was next in the sequential order of the 5.
